Abstracts Submission Guidelines
All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online platform before March, 20th 2023 at 23.59 (CET time)
Abstracts submission deadline extended until April 10th 2023 at 23:59 (CET time)
- Abstracts received after this deadline will not be considered.
- Abstracts submitted by email or post mail will not be accepted.
- Abstracts must only be submitted in English.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please, state in the system who will be the corresponding author (contact person). This person will receive all the notifications. Please, state in the system who will be the presenting author.
Note that every first author may submit and appear as co-author in several abstracts but ONLY WILL BE ABLE TO PRESENT ONE ABSTRACT. Presenting authors whose abstract have been accepted must register for the Congress. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the Congress Programme. Authors are requested to indicate their preference for ORAL or POSTER presentation. However, the final status will be decided by the Organizing Committee.
ABSTRACT FORMAT
Please use the template available in the website page.
Abstract title:
Do not use capital letters and do not indent. The title should reflect the contents.
Abstract:
Please make sure you check your abstract carefully before sending it. No modifications will be made after submission’s deadline.
Images and graphics are allowed.
The file must fit in one A4 page (text and images/graphics included), according to the template.
Contact Person: Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication (and post-publication).
If you have successfully submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation number. If no confirmation number is received, the abstract cannot be considered as successfully submitted. If you leave the system without finishing the process all data will be lost.
Please contact the scientific secretariat if you have not receive the acknowledgement of receipt by email after the submission.
You will be able to modify your submission until the submission deadline. Use the online submission form to access your submission again using the contact-person email address and the password received in the acknowledgement of receipt.
Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. No corrections are possible after the submission deadline. The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted. No proof reading will be done.If you need to withdraw your abstract, a written statement reflecting the reasons for this decision must be sent to Esta dirección de correo electrónico está siendo protegida contra los robots de spam. REVIEW, ACCEPTANCE & NOTIFICATION
Abstracts submitted for oral or poster presentation will be evaluated by the Organizing Committee. Once an abstract is accepted, the Committee will decide whether it is to be presented as an oral or as a poster.
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Oral presentations
Oral contributions will be 15 minutes long including 3 minutes discussion, whereas plenaries lectures will be 45 minutes long (including 5 minutes discussion) and invited presentations will be 30 minutes long (including 5 minutes discussion).
Poster presentations
Posters must be in A0 paper size (84,1cm x 118,9cm), vertical orientation. Presenters must provide their own printout of the poster, including title and authors. Session codes will be displayed on the session boards. Material for hanging posters will be available. Please hang your poster during the day and remove it at the end of the session.
